Here's the last decent picture of fall colors for the year. I took it one handed while I was holding a big branch out of the way with my other hand. If I had more hands I could have held the branch hanging in the top left corner out as well, but alas I do not.

I actually don't like this picture, but my friend does. I figured I'd let you make the decision as to whether or not it sucks.

More pictures of Cedar Breaks. Is this place cool looking or what?

This is from one of the overlooks at Cedar Breaks National Monument.

So I basically just stole this idea from Psycho Intern, but it still looks cool, and I took this picture.

I really like pictures like this that show people walking along some kind of path. This was taken in Logan Canyon just minutes before my four year old threw his cousin's tennis ball down a steep incline and into the river.

A palm tree at dusk. This could probably look really good if it were touched up a bit in photoshop, but it's still kind of cool looking.

Not great pictures, but I haven't posted anything for a while, nor have I taken any good photos recently so you're stuck with these. I hope they at least make someone want to go to the beach.

Maybe not the most impressive photos ever, but it's been a while since I've posted anything and I don't think I really have much else so it'll have to do.

Maybe it's because I've lived in the desert too long, but I love how green and leafy everything is along the coast in the Pacific Northwest. I should probably try to live there for a little while at least.

Ok, so this isn't necessarily a good picture, but I love the look on my son's face here. He's just seen someone he wants to go after with the hose, and the look on his face says it all. He's definitely up to no good.

Sunsets are cool. Here are a few of the pictures I took while I was out of town. Unfortunately, I can't quite capture the true beauty of them, but this is good enough I suppose.

I stopped at Lake Tahoe for an afternoon while I was on a collecting trip. The picture doesn't show it very well, but the water is amazingly clear. It's pretty cool being a biologist when you can go places like this and call it work.
